# Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 7 October 2026

This policy applies to everyone who uses Weekbird, including through the API, MCP server and connected assistants. It is part of our [Terms of Service](/terms).

## You may not use Weekbird to

- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or post the same content repeatedly to game a network's ranking.
- Create fake engagement: fake accounts, bought or automated likes, follows, comments or reviews, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Get around a network's rules, rate limits, bans or technical restrictions, or connect accounts you are not authorized to manage.
- Scrape or collect other people's personal data beyond what a network makes available to you through Weekbird.
- Publish content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, harasses or threatens people, promotes violence or terrorism, sexually exploits minors, or shares someone's private information without permission.
- Mislead people about who you are, or impersonate a person or organization.
- Distribute malware, phishing or scams.
- Run political or issue advertising, or content about elections, in breach of a network's rules or the law.
- Process special categories of personal data (such as health data) through AI features, or use AI outputs to make decisions with legal or similar effects on people.
- Probe, overload or disrupt the Service, bypass usage limits, or access data that is not yours.
- Resell or rent access to the Service outside an agency arrangement with your own clients, or use it to build a competing product.
